SHIPPING OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL US

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and all oher international destinations must be shipped US Postal Service.

These can not be processed through the online cart so please email or call in your order and we will work up a shipping quote. If you approve you will then be able to pay for your order via an email order link.

International customers are responsible to pay any duty and customs fees. If these go unpaid we will have to charge your credit card for them along with any penalties and a $15 service fee.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Most customers are pleased to learn that the majority of items on our site ship same day or within 24 hours on weekdays. That includes stock floor boxes, wall panels.

Sometimes custom cut bulk wire can take a day or so but the longest delivery times are for custom wiring jobs on floor boxes and wall panels. As noted on those order pages time frames generally run 10-14 days. Tracking is supplied to you once ship numbers have been assigned.

The shopping cart only calculates ground shipping costs so if you would like expedited services those would need to be quoted by phone or email

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

All Returns must be submitted after an authorization by phone or email.

Our return allowance time is 30 days from date of delivery.

Original packaging in good condition and unused products are essential to a full refund. Otherwise restocking fees may apply.

Items that would not be returnable are custom cut bulk wire lengths, wired floor boxes, plates and panels or custome labeled products.

These however would be returnable or exchangeable if there is damage in shipping that was reported upon receipt or if there was a manufacturer defect in the product or customization.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our payment processor may independently collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. Our processor and shopping cart provider may automatically receive and record information on their server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. All promotional emails will have an opt-out option should you wish to discontinue receiving them.
