**New York State residents must add 8% sales tax to the total with shipping.
We will ship international for phone orders and the above rates do not apply. International customers are required to pay any duty and customs fees. If these go unpaid we will have to charge your credit card for them along with any penalties and a $15 service fee.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Bulk cable and connectors usually can be cut and shipped within 24 hours.
Stock Floor pockets often ship the same day as ordered.
Floor pockets with custom cable extension or from the build your own catagory simply depend on the orders ahead of you. Often taking just a couple days but in some cases production may be 10-14 days.
Our cart system does not calculate expedited shipping so if you require any other service than ground shipping please call in your order.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Many products are in essence custom so it is a general policy to have a restocking fee of 15 to 25% for 30 day returns. Depending on the resellable history of a return or your need to reorder a different item there may be circumstances where no restock is assessed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If an order was shipped in error we will pay for a call tag to pick up the return and no restock fee will be applied.
Custom cut bulk wire, highly customized snakes, custom configured recessed boxes, wall plates, custom labled cables and metal shop jobs are not returnable.
Most listed cables without extra's have a limited lifetime warranty against defects. This means if the cable fails without excessive abuse the cable will be repaired or replaced at no cost
Any custom non standard list cable or wiring job has a 1 year warranty.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. All promotional emails will have an opt-out option should you wish to discontinue receiving them.
